We're Neighbors Too

We live in Bastrop. We grew up in Bellville. We love the character of the towns and communities where we work — which means we want to preserve it, not change it.

Our developments are intentional and minimal. Working with the land that's there, our goal is to create large, attractive rural homesites.

What We Do

  • We turn large-acreage tracts into rural homesites ranging from an acre and a half to 12 acres.
  • We work with the natural character and lay of the land rather than reshape it.
  • We use sensible deed restrictions to keep new homes consistent with the surrounding area and prevent eyesores.
  • We install gates, fencing, and landscaping because we want to leave the property looking better than we found it.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't build apartments or apartment buildings.
  • We don't develop RV or trailer parks.
  • We don't build commercial developments.
  • We don't build high-density housing or pack homes together.

How We Work

  • We intentionally work in a way that leaves minimal footprint.
  • We keep excavation and disturbance to a minimum.
  • We ask our crews to keep music and noise down.
  • We work to keep roads and neighboring properties clean.
  • We keep the land shredded and properly maintained while we develop.
  • Our goal is ultimately to leave everyone with an improved neighborhood.
  • Most projects take 12 to 30 months from start to finish.

If Something Comes Up

We don't anticipate problems, but if something does come up — a contractor playing music too loudly, mud tracked onto the road — please let us know and we'll take care of it.

We like to get to know our neighbors. So if you'd like to talk or learn more, please feel free to reach out. You can email us at caleb@eclandpartners.com and we'll give you our personal numbers.
