Contractors
We're Not a One-Job Client.
We have five — soon to be six — active developments in Central Texas. And more coming. When we find people who do good work at a fair price, we call them again and again.
What We're Looking For
- Road contractors — gravel, access road construction and maintenance, chip seal
- Land clearing crews — cedar, brush, selective clearing
- Survey crews — boundary and subdivision plat work
- Fencing contractors — perimeter fencing and gates
- Landscapers — who can do low maintenance work with native grasses
What Working With Us Is Like
- Our dad was a contractor — so we grew up watching what difficult clients do to people. We're not those clients.
- We will come to you with ideas, but we know you're the expert
- We want your input and your honest opinion
- We admit when we don't know something
- We know what good work looks like and we expect it. But we're not chasing perfection or holding our contractors to unrealistic standards.
- We don't expand scope and expect you to eat it
- We don't call on weekends unless you do
- We hire locals and we like to keep working with the same people
We're not the highest bidder. But we're consistent, easy to work with, and we keep coming back. For the right contractors, that's worth something.
