Five Generations of Texas Land Experience

EC Land Partners is a family-run land development company based in Bastrop, Texas. We acquire rural acreage and partner with landowners across the Texas Triangle, subdividing bulk acreage into tracts that are ready-to-build homesites. We are brothers with a combined 30 years of Texas real estate experience, and our family's involvement in Texas land goes back to our great-great-grandfather, LC Luckel, who platted extensive portions of west Houston and is considered one of the founders of Katy.
